Another NRC 60's

Thanks to everyone for their kind comments. Spent the weekend back in Dorset sorting clothes for the Cancer Research charity shop. Got up this morning & felt the need for a run, but rather than c25k decided on the NRC 60's, which seems to be my favourite run. Love the changes of pace, but the recovery minutes seem to get shorter & shorter! Keeping running everyone & know there are a wonderful group of people here for support.

I find changes of pace to be the most challenging part of my running journey!

Hi Jonwil, you’re right, those 60s recoveries seem to get shorter and shorter don’t they? But yes it’s a fun one. Well done! 👏👏
