2024:W33R3 - Successful third run in a week

It would be a nice third seven-kilometer run. But at night I couldn't sleep and I ate a box of pretzels with a glass of milk. And I shouldn't have done that! Human need came upon me in the wilderness. It was stronger than me! Without describing the details, I am attaching a short video from an old film (hope no one gets offended).

It was a completely new and very important experience for me!

Nobody warned me! And I haven't noticed these things in any running manual!

And I learned a big lesson: I will take emergency hygiene supplies with me next time!!! 🥺

And now I'm a bit smarter than before!

Happy running!

This is a lot more common than you realise...there's something to be said for country runs with plenty of dense woodland 😳

🫣 A tricky situation. It's nice that you are laughing about it now. I learned the 'avoid milk the night before a run' lesson a while back. And the 'avoid milk altogether' lesson. Finally I realised that I must have become lactose intolerant at some point in my post-baby life. Pretzels, yes! 😃 (though.... excuse the pun.... isn’t a WHOLE box a bit crackers?)
