I started the beyond 5k this morning. Not a great start everything was against me the wind being the least of it.But I will carry on, it can only improve from here.😁

Exciting times! Was it “stepping stone” you did? The weather was a challenge this morning and my run wasn’t much fun. We did it though! Keeping that consistency will bring so many rewards!
