What a lovely day I've had. Mudita11 and I arranged to meet for Southampton parkrun. It's less far than I thought and I had a lovely quiet drive down. We mostly walked and chatted because I'm still a bit chesty but it was great, lovely course too, nice path, lots of trees. This father Christmas was playing tunes, a few people were in festive clothes, everyone was happy and welcoming.
We went for breakfast after then after a while it was time to come home again after going in and meeting Mudita11 's new cat who is utterly gorgeous.
Happy Christmas and run happy or rest well.

Very brave to venture on the M27 today SueAppleRun . You and Mudita11 look very festive in your jumpers and lovely to have walked and chatted. I recall that cafe does a lovely cake 🍰! Merry Christmas to you both.
🍏🤗Gorgeous Pictures as usual!! SO pleased you felt well enough to go and get some fresh air and lovely company & music too🎶 Happy Christmas to you Sue 🎄
Love those photos! Fantastic to have such a Christmassy feel-so glad you’re recovered enough to have done that parkrun. Great looking breakfast too! ❤️
It was a great day out, I love driving and the roads were empty this morning early, great to catch up with running friend, the parkrun course is very different to my local seafront ones, I loved running amongst trees with no wind in my face, I was shattered when I got home, now Mondays Worthing parkrun, and fun to go in a Christmas jumper too. Happy Christmas Miss U 😁
All looks and sounds very festive 😊and the weather looks great - unlike the constant rain and wind we have here in Scotland 🙄 I hope you enjoy spending time with your family SueAppleRun - have a good Christmas!
Yours is beautiful and looks cozy in the new bed, I've bought several different styles over the years, when it's new he gets straight in, sleeps for a while, gets out never to look at it again, he sleeps on the sofa or my lap now
Mines not bothered about boxes either, he's recently taken to sitting on my lap, and enjoying being stroked, I'm wary though as he tends to scratch and bite if I stop stroking him too soon
