Lovely run earlier

After being stuck indoors for what seemed like forever (constant rain) I was pleased to get out for a 35 minute run in the sunshine today 🌞 plenty of water birds about. I love the weeping willows in our local park x

Yes very muddy in places but nothing a twig couldn't handle digging the mud out of the soles of my trainers afterwards😀
