Sports bras, the best thing since sliced bread?

Many of us are wearing sports bras when we run, so this is a recommended listen

I listened to this too. Did you hear the bit where they said that once you wash a sports bra I think 28 times it loses most of its mojo? I've had mine around 18 months and wash it 2-3 times a week so....

(mind you, this is a woman who put her running belt around her boobs to stop them flying around last time I went away as I'd forgotten to pack said sports bra!! 😂)

😂Ha ha. I have relegated my oldest ones to the bin as they really had no support left, but as long as they feel comfortable and supportive, well I think they probably are.
