set out for a 10k today ..nice steady pace enjoyed it so much I passed the 10k mark and completed 12k my body was telling me I could go on no aches pains or otherwise …stretching and warm up and cool down is key I think 🤔
Just running in nature not thinking about anything but running is so good for my mind and body
Anyway folks just sharing my progress whatever you are up to make it a great one and keep putting one foot in front of the other 👏👍⭐️💪
