NRC app

MorningI've been training to this app for 3-4 weeks now, and still can't get the runs to show completed.

What am I doing wrong?

I've tried them as guided and non guided, but they still show as not complete and with no tick.

It's bound to be something simple, any suggestions?

I would use the in NRC app support details. Go to settings, profile and on that page you will find how to get support from NRC. Assuming you are logged in, that is.

I’ve never had this happen to me but it could be all sorts.

When i have finished an NRC run i have to press the stop button twice. I press it once and then it tells me to do it again to finish the run. It then gives me the completed tick. If i just stop the run with one click then it doesnt recognise i have completed the run. Maybe this could be the issue?

First press stops the app. The next press is press and hold. Good luck 👍
