Not sure I can really call it a run but I ran against the wind and I ran across the stones, then I took rather a lot of photos and ran back again. It was almost high tide, I was too impatient to wait another 40 minutes and the sun came out.
Stay safe out there, even better, stay in if you can

gosh it looks stormy. A run no matter how long is better than nothing. I had to take the chance today a window without the rain and just went a 3km walk . Stay safe.
That's OK Dexy, I hope where you live that you havn't had any flooding either from the sea or a river and there is no damage to your house from the wind, the weather where I am in Central Scotland is cloudy with only a little light rain and the wind is light from a easterly direction.
Running is still my medicine ๐. Although looking at the weather, Iโm not sure about tomorrow! Supposed to be doing some hard speed intervals. If I get out at all, I think they might be quite slow!
I think youโll have it much worse! We have the lighter yellow warning for wind. Looks like a gap in the morning, but Iโll see - not worth the risk if itโs bad - Friday looking much better. If I canโt run Iโll have a cooking day! ๐
Well - Iโve got a chicken Tagine cooking in the slow cooker and just made a really simple butter bean soup for lunch! Cooked a really tasty Bolognese sauce yesterday. Loads of meals for the freezer. Donโt know happened to me! I donโt usually cook much. Going to soak in the bath before lunch!
Wow you've been busy.....I went to wash up, decided to wash kitchen windows inside and out, then did a bit of painting, butter bean soup sounds good, and it's good to have things in the freezer for those days you can't be bothered
