20 minute speed run. grands on the way for hair cuts and washing to go on line

Today I chose a speed run, and a new coach joined me. Coach Becs and what a lovely lady. We chatted away and when she said run faster I ran faster then jogged gently for the recovery. The park was filling up nicely and dogs were everywhere but I ran round them in my own little world.

That was fun and now I’m off to do the other things

There’s so many gentle easy runs and from short runs to longer runs it’s a great app
