Had a fabulous time on Sunday running 5k through the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. It's a great opportunity to see the animals before the Park opens πŸ₯° A different animal is chosen each year as a theme (there's also a spring 10k) and this time it was the red panda. Love, love, love the medal 😍😍😍 a really fun event, it gets a bit crowded in places as some paths are narrow but it gives you more time to see the animals (the baboons looked v bemused πŸ˜‚)

I did! They hold 2 a year at the Park, a 10k in April and the 5k in October. So far I have 4 medals: a lowland tapir, a lemur, a lion and now the red panda. I'm slowly building a medal zoo πŸ˜πŸ˜‚ x

That's a cracking medal indeed. I went to Bhutan a few years ago and really wanted to see a Red Panda, but sadly none obliged.
