Good morning runners!

Another run on another mild day! T-Shirt on top half but kept the tights under my shorts. A few more chapters of Harry Potter to pass the time.

My first 2km felt a little quicker than some of me recent efforts but wasn't a pace I could maintain.

I felt very slight pain in left knee at about half way point, it passed quickly.

The route has already became a little bland, think il go to the park next run...maybe even park run Saturday morning as at work next 2 days. Will see how things go.

Thank you! Yeah knee is feeling fine, and legs seem to be getting used to running again 😁😂
