A misty start to the day

I was pleased to follow up my first park run in a while with a pretty good run yesterday morning too. I’m trying to regularly to do three runs a week, together with some fast walks on the other days. I’d love to add some strength exercises too, but haven’t got that going just yet 🙄.

I managed a nice steady pace that was really comfortable, and kept that going over the 33 mins or so of the run - I’m happy with that.

A lovely misty start to today - have a good day all!

That's lovely, cool mist, as it's unseasonably warm, keep doing those runs

Thanks for the encouragement, I’m hoping to get out for a run again tomorrow after a decent walk today. I’m definitely picking back up again and got lots of enthusiasm 😁. Good luck with your running!
