You do know if you have ever read any of my running rambles... that I love the threes! The three Rs, the three As and now...da dah! The three Es! ( thank you Dexy5 x)
There have been over the last week, a fair few posts about exercise, or rather lack of it, and the link with injury , illness or our running generally.
So...here I go again...
There is a post on the Strength and Flex Forum...the first of two with a little Floss insight, ( ha ha), into how we may get into the habit of doing some exercise to support our running!
I am putting this post on C25K and Bridge to 10k.
There is no need for replies, (Replies are turned off), because, the Team and I would just love it if you would head across to the Strength and Flex Forum and take a look,
If you are not already on there, or have not even visited... please, please do. Just get across there and take a look around. There are so, so many answers to so many of the worries, and questions that crop up regarding your running, illness or injury, even beyond 5K !
