🍏High Altitude Running

The wind blowing across from the snow clad 🇨🇦 Rocky Mountains made a chilly start to my run today. Still battling to breathe on the steep inclines during the fast warm up walk but managed a lovely 25 min very easy paced run after that. Altitude certainly adds another dimension to running & was glad to have Coach B for company today.

Lovely photo Annieapple, I am glad that you enjoyed your run today and are having a good holiday in Canada, with the snow on those mountains means that the hot summer is well over.

🍁🍂🦌Autumn still has a few surprises AlMorr.. the Chinook winds bring warmer weather over the weekend but nothing like the searing summer temps. X
