Yesterday I sat and worked out a plan for October based on JuJu’s distance schedule. I’ve done this routine a couple of times before but quite sometime ago so looking forward to building distance again gradually.
Plan said do 5k today so I did 👍 very 🐌 like but I’m not bothered - been doing 3’s and 4’s for a few weeks so pleased to get a 5k under my belt again all before 8am on a Sunday too - unheard of for me 🤣
Jury still out on nose breathing 🤔
Feeling very smug now with my tea and toast (weekend treat) and already done my 10,000 steps for the day 🥳
So day 1 of my plan complete ✔️ let’s hope I can stick with it for the whole month 🤞
