Semi-naked not Parkrun

I've been running semi-naked for a few weeks now! That is to say I take my phone with me and record my route but turn off the voice output. Also, no music, just the birdsong. It's been quite liberating as I'm not aware of my pace. The problem is, I've been running a familiar route so that I know the distance and now I'm bored ☹️. So this morning I changed it up a bit and put my voice output back on so that I knew how far I'd run then tried running somewhere new. Why haven't I run down here before? It was lovely and not far from my usual stomping ground, but it confirmed one thing. That woman telling me my distance and pace can shut up!

It looks perfect for a run, straight, I'd want to run if I was there. Well done shutting the woman up, I think I turned that bit off years ago, but I do like music.

I like the music sometimes, but the sounds of nature have been so nice it would be a shame to shut them out.

Nothing better than varying your route...except maybe varying your run and trying a different distance or a different type of run (intervals, fartlek etc)

Also good to ring the changes with music/no music etc

Or maybe try running actually naked, no, it's getting a bit chilly for that 😂
