So Harvey my cockerpoo run Park run most weeks we jog around at a good recovery .If Harvey spies a squirrel we suddenly run at a much faster pace.Harvey wasn't quite as keen yesterday that was until he saw a very attractive young bitch in the distance so the pace picked up considerably.

I never believed taking dogs running but now I am a convert Harvey enjoys Parkrun as much as I do

I have a Cocker Spaniel and she is my running buddy. We did a 10K trail run today. She loves doing parkrun too.

Have to be a superfast squirrel my P.B on a Parkrun is 28 :40 but that was about three years ago Currently I am 38 :40 but I am going to match or beat that P .B sometime
