So.. me posting after evey run didn't go well 🙈 but on the positive side I ran last Sunday morning and did the 39 minute run from week 2 of the 60 minute plan. A 15 minute run early Wednesday morning and hopefully out again in the morning. Loved the 39 minute run.. the 15 minute one less so... 🤔 looking forward to the next 🏃‍♀️

Well done ✅ I found the 15 minute runs a bit too short but it's good to do them because you can push a bit faster if you want

I did a little... I think that's what I didn't like 🤣

Possibly, or you could do what I did ,(and it's only because I can't count or add up) I did a 5 minute warm up walk then the 15 minute run, then realised I was supposed to turn round at half way so had a nice gentle ,20 minutes added on the end 😂 so ended up out longer

🤣🤣 if I had done that it would have justified the fact I didn't enjoy it. Good job I didn't follow your example as I literally just had enough time to do the run, get back and stretch and shower before getting the kids up and ready for school!

Oh, you'd have been late for school! Don't follow my example then 😁

Sounds like you’re ready for longer runs. But sometimes those short runs can be useful just to get you out there.

Out there and doing it... :) I must admit I do like a 15 minute, if I am short of time!

Well done! Re the 15 minute run - I struggle with short ones like that for 2 reasons-firstly I think , like you , I probably go at a faster, less comfortable pace. Secondly, I find that my 'toxic 10' is actually more of a 20 to 30 so I finish running before actually getting to that nice steady comfortable stage. It's well worth the discomfort though-I followed the same plan a couple of years ago and it really was brilliant.

Happy running 🏃‍♀️
