Good morning fellow tortoises, last night I mixed my Garmin workout into my club night, it consisted of 10 mins walk/jog then 4 30 second speed runs with 30 seconds walk, followed by 4, 30 gliders/acceleration drills, all followed by a final 10 minutes walk/jog to cool down, I slow jogged the first 10 minutes to get myself onto the canal tow path(flat), I enjoyed the 6 minutes with the speed and glide's sections then walked for the most part back to the club except for a short hill section which I slow jogged up, and I mean really slow jog, now for a restful Friday to get ready for the Parkrun in the morning 😁🏃‍♂️🏃

This sounds great, Pete and you are well into this plan. I love these structured workouts where you follow the instructions with an eventual target in mind. After all, that’s what Couch to 5K is 😊

Enjoy parkrun, look forward to reading about it! 👏👍
