It's a nice bling Oldgirlruns but not too fancy, I may do that run again next year which will then give me 4 medals, two from the London Vitality Virtual 10,000 and two from the Cumbernauld 10K, but that's along way off.

Lol 61Lady, I am NOT Irishprincess who has around 40 medals and a overflowing display cabinet, I have now got 3 medals for running, what I do have are a lot of runner's T Shirts, but sadly I didn't get a T Shirt yesterday.

I do feel proud Sue, if anything the ribbon of this medal is more beautiful than the actual medal, it has colour images of runner's with the star emblem of the organisers North Lanarkshire Council.

It's nice Dexy, the ribbon around it is even better with colours of 3 runners like on the medal with the star emblem of the organisers North Lanarkshire Council, I certainly will wear it to my Thursday morning walking group this week who last Thursday wished me all the best for my run on Sunday, after the 4K walk on a Thursday we have coffee and cake in the local leisure centre which overlooks the football stadium that the 10K started and finished.

It is very nice CC, I have now pinned the 3 medals 🥉 🥉 🥉 I have, 2 from the London Vitality Virtual 10,000 of 2021 and 2022 and that medal I got on Sunday up on my kitchen wall instead of keeping them in a drawer as I did before Sunday.

It is, I was thinking of running the 10K version of the Great Scottish Run on Sunday 1st October, it means travelling 12 miles by bus into the centre of Glasgow but as in the last few years, I'll once again be a spectator, however, as I enjoyed my local 10K on Sunday I will enter that in 2024. I have just noticed that the T-shirt for the 10K version of the Great Scottish Run is exactly the same colour red as the 50 T-shirt for running 50 parkruns, the only difference is that it has 10K at the front whereas the parkrun has 50 at the back

Thanks Damien, somewhere else on this forum I said that I have ran 4 sub 70 minutes 10K runs, that should be (five) 5
