Consolidation catch up

It's been a while since I last posted. I completed my plan of 9 consolidation runs and started the 60 minute plan. I did the 15 min run first and did that as an interval session from NRC. I then did the 35 minute run, focusing on keeping my heart rate in zone 3. Later on that day my left knee started to niggle so missed my nect run and went out again this morning. Did another NRC run, which was 4 lots of 3 minute run 3 minute walk. No issues with knee while I was out and nothing since so my plan is to re-do week 1 of the 60 minute plan again. Hope everyone's enjoying their running 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️
