There’s been so many times over recent months when I’ve planned a run and then not gone. For some reason I’d lost all confidence.

Not sure what was different but today I finally did it - just 2k but it felt like a massive achievement.

Couldn’t help but giggle when I saw my shadow at the end - not only did I feel 10 feet tall but I looked it too 😀

I think I’m only a few miles along the coast from you.

1st time I’ve attached a photo but couldn’t resist 🙂

I wish I’d had the courage to go out sooner but at least I’ve done it now - hopefully no looking back 🤞

Well done 61Lady for getting out there. I have felt like you have loads of times and the relief and happiness when you eventually get out there is immense isn’t it? . So pleased you got out and love the photo….🤣🤣🤣x

Thank you - not sure why it felt like such a big step but all worries overcome successfully and I’m almost as proud of this run as I was the first time I completed C25k
