30 min Run.

Struggled.

Chose the NRC run called STRUGGLE RUN nikerunclub.sng.link/A6sko/...

Knowing from talk in the town that the tree (that barred my way two runs ago) has been removed by the farmer, I set out on that route.

And yes, the path has been cleared (pics left bottom vs left top), which helped my struggle run mood! Thank you, you lovely farmer! 🙏💚🏃‍♀️

And I found myself on a new path (right pic) through the fields.

For three years now I have run through trails and field paths around my town, and it’s amazing that I still discover new segments on my routes!

Struggle run was worth it!

Happy running, everyone!

I wonder how much the name of the run influenced the feeling of it 🤔

Quite a lot of runs feel like a struggle for me at the moment, not sure why, but it does add to the feeling of accomplishment 😂

Im a fan of running on roads (I don’t like getting muddy) but your photos look like a lovely peaceful place to run.

Thanks, yeah. I almost never run on roads, and I don’t “get” running on roads. Hubby walks and runs extensively on roads and says it’s easier in so many ways. But I can’t get my head around wanting to run on the side of cars.

But it think the majority of runners choose roads, at least the heat maps on Strava suggest that.

Yeah I’d definitely agree the majority of runners I know tend to stay on roads more than off-road
