ASICS 10K complete!

I haven't used this forum for years so hello again! I was using it a lot when I first started running and was trying to run 5k. Since then I haven't stopped running and this year I have been taking part in different races. In May I did the Chase the Sun 10k race and I found it so much fun that I'm now race obsessed! I took part in the Asics 10k run over on Sunday and it was amazing! I had done a 5k race on the Saturday so I knew I would be fatigued but I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was incredible and I kept a comfortable pace for most of it, wasn't concerned with setting a PB. Many of the fellow runners from my local running club were there so it was really uplifting supporting one another. Also I really like collecting the medals haha.

Great to hear it wasn’t just me who enjoyed it.

I completely agree it was a fantastic atmosphere and I’ve some great (and not so great) photos from the official photography. They always make me laugh anyway
