I’m still here - pottering around in week 4 again/still 😆. No rush as I’m finding life and weather getting in the way. I know everyone says it but I’m retired and busier than ever! However, I digress.
When I first started running 5 years ago I’d notice a most gorgeous smell and not around any gardens. Turns out it was these tiny lime flowers! Absolutely amazing and how come I’d never noticed it before? 🤷♀️ Please look out for them.

The flowers are hard to spot but the overall appearance of the tree changes as there are long light green bracts too. Once you notice it you wonder how you missed it before!
ah ha. I went to Hampton Court Garden Festival this week, and these were planted in the grounds. Oldgirlruns and I thought they might be limes but had never seen the blossom before. Thank you for the expert info.
I agree, where does time go? Going out smelling the roses I guess.
I can’t understand how I’ve missed them all these years. I’d say they’re not common where I grew up but I’ve been in my current house for over 30 years! 😆
Week 4 is a great place to go back to. My schedule has slipped, ( I've been swimming to compensate), and was seriously considering going back to W4 and building up again.
