I struggled to be fast enough last time, I'm not much faster now but enough 😃
yeah, that’s the one thing I don’t like about their way of counting mileage for the competitive element! They discount slow runners, like us. 🙁
But they do track this runs, so they should be included in team totals, I think.

I'm a bit of a twit, and I'm blaming Garmin, I've been wearing Willows garmin because it has different features to mine, but when running it doesn't show me time, just heartrate, pace and distance so I stopped at 3k which was 29 mins 24 secs so under the 30 mins, I also had problems with NRC not working and it was a horrible run, so swapped watches back yesterday evening and have sorted NRC this morning, aiming for 5k along the river this morning 😃

Managed 5k this morning. I’d wanted to do a bit more, but 3 hours of gardening on my “rest day” yesterday seem to have tired me more than I expected. On the plus side, I did manage a faster pace than I have for a while- and this was supposed to be my day for the NRC Plan 25min Recovery run! 😁😁 I’ll take it as done!

yes, I find it a shame that one cannot chose. The location decides your country. I’m German, have lived in Scotland and Finland as well as now England, and would have loved to have a different flag beside my name, supporting some smaller countries.
I logged my country of residence as England , but was able to choose to run for Wales. 😁

It was a selection option during account set up. I’ve had a look at editing my profile but it doesn’t appear, so looks like it can’t be changed once selected.

Remembered the 3k cut off…forgot about the 30 minutes 🙄
So despite Sunday being a speed run…I’m not sure if it counts. Strava recorded 3.18km in 31m 35s…pace was 9:55/km…so don’t know.
My RWC app has gone all glitchy on me and is showing a server error so…🤷🏻♀️
