my first 10k!

I ran the great west run 10k this morning! My first 10k and within the time I wanted. I’ve never ran at a race before and the atmosphere was incredible!

I loved all the people out on the course cheering, giving out sweets, offering refreshments. It was great to see my family along the route too!

It’s really addictive isn’t it?! I don’t know what comes next now. I may continue with NRC for the half marathon plan.
