My first 10k!

They say every dog has it's day and tonight for me it was 'woof day ' I ran 10k along the Humber Bridge as the sun was setting. I went nice and steady and felt strong until the end. This programme has taken me from beginning in November through 5k and now my first 10k in 59.51. The success is in the programme and the forum. I've had ups and downs along the way but always been positive and always ran when fit. To run like tonight was a real sense of personal achievement and I'd really like to say to anyone that it can be done if you never give in. Best wishes.

Great run and time GTFC. I suspect you could take your running anywhere you want to. 10k at that pace so soon after beginning C25k is excellent. Pause to celebrate though ! 👏👏👏👏👏🥇🏆
