Lovely day for a run. I may have taken slow and steady a bit too literally, 10 mins slower than my 6k on my first magic plan attempt.
But
I did it 😊, 2 weeks in 6 runs done.
Have a good rest of Sunday

Yea! Congratulations, LulaHula ! Slow and steady is good, no matter what I'd say! I think sometimes our bodies just need a bit slower than our mind thinks... I've learned to (try to) accept what my body needs!
Well done. I agree with the reply above - slow and steady is the best way to build up distance. Also, as the weather warms up, dropping our pace allows our body’s to mange the heat too!🥵🙂
You ran! Who cares it was a bit slower? Slow and steady is great and increases our fitness and stamina, well done you
thanks everyone, week 3 starts tomorrow
Brilliant, well done! Good luck with week 3, enjoy it 😃
