Off on my travels

I missed my run on Saturday due to the awful weather. So it had been a while since I’d run and I’m about to depart on a work trip, back Sunday. I was determined to get out so pulled on my kit late morning and did a decent plod for just over 30 minutes.

Everywhere looks so beautiful, with all the new leaves and spring blossoms.

It’s such a lovely time of year with everything bursting into life again….if you can avoid the showers!

Will your work trip give you any opportunity to relax? Hope it’s one that’s a bit fun as well as work. Great you managed to squeeze your run in before going!

Thanks for the encouragement.

I am hoping to get out for short runs but it’s in an old cobbled city so it may need to be fast walking instead!
