This morning 3 alarms went off at 6am, 3 cups of tea were drunk, and then we went down the road to the park, 2 of us ran, 1 of us walked, 30 minutes steady and 3 of us came back feeling less anxious and wound up. How calming to be able to do this.It felt right being out in the fresh air greeting the day.
2 of us had breakfast, I'll eat after, and now 3 of us are taking turns to shower.
Running makes a difference.
