Hi all, it’s been a long while since my last post, but after another lovely jog out today down beachlands, thought I’d share some photos I took on walk back. I’m still continuing doing 5k to 7k mostly, I haven’t managed another 10k since last year, still plodding along really, averaging about 7.30 to 40 per km, quite happy with that really.

Spring is definitely here down South, Gorse bushes in flower and hayfever in full flow! Happy Easter to you all and happy running!

I absolutely love your pictures. You’re not the only one struggling with hay fever-it’s the only problem with nature getting going again when you’re allergic to most of it!!!

It’s great you’ve settled into a pattern that works for you. It’s so nice to read success stories like yours. Happy Easter to you too ❤️❤️❤️

thanks for reply MissU, I’ve just been reading your last posts, so sorry to hear of your injury, what a disappointment for you but definitely the best decision to stop when you did. Take it steady and enjoy the Easter sunshine, listen to your body and wishing you a speedy recovery 😊

Lovely Hayling pics Tetleyteagirl. One day I am sure we will bump into each other on the Billy Trail. It’s glorious weather today and I think it won’t be long before we make our runs a bit longer again and in less layers. Have a great weekend. 🐇🐣🐥

hi Dexy, thanks for response, I tend to stick to seafront and prom down to Sandy point rather than Billy trail, bet Southsea’s busy this weekend too. Enjoy Easter weekend.

Yes we did run along the prom this morning and it was very busy . It was only a 3k run so at half way we turned off to run by the pitch and putt and cricket club towards canoe lake which was a bit quieter. parkrun should be interesting tomorrow but I’m volunteering.
