Decided to run after taking grandchildren back to parents so it was a late afternoon run for me today. Last minute decision really but got togged up and off I went. Up the hill and round the corner and wow a bitter wind struck me. I was sooo pleased I had my thin fleece and gloves on. Off I set to run W7 r3. It went well but there was a cold wind blowing against me on the way home which slowed me down so pleased to get this run done. Onward and upward to Week 8. Happy running everyone 🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️

Those cold winds straight into your face are really hard work. I bet you were glad to get out of it. Hope you’ve warmed up!

That chill wind comes as a shock sometimes when you turn a corner, I remember a 5k when I was thinking I might best my record, turned right and battled the rest of the way to a slow finish
