Well I think jeffing is the way to go for me.

I hit a PB the week before at PR and another PB on Saturday doing 30.20 ratio and finished with a sprint.

Proud of myself

Went with the running club last night just 4 of us it was so cold , couldnt manage to run constantly so finished doing run /walk. I think I will stick to this plan and try and build up.my ratios.
