First virtual challenge of 2023 completed

This morning I ran the last bit of my first virtual running challenge of 2023 - the South Downs Way. Which means that I’ve run 100+ miles since the beginning of January. This time last year it was over a decade since I’d last run, so this is the result of revisiting C25K and then Jules Magic Plan to get me to where I am now.

For those who are interested, I’ve been using theconqueror.events/southdo... to track my progress.

congratulations!!!!

(Yes, I do like the Conqueror challenges and their medals are just the best! I am currently rowing the Great Barrier Reef with my Indoor Rower, and my son has started running The Lord of the Rings Challenge)
