Well that went really well

W7r1 on my comeback. I wasn’t looking forward to starting the long continuous runs so was pleasantly surprised by todays run. I’d had grandchildren for 2 days so wasn’t too sure if I should try an afternoon run but after depositing my youngest g child in nursery successfully I decided to do it. Set off walking up the slight hill and then when Laura said run I did. And to my surprise I didn’t really think about the length of time I was running just wondered where I was going run to make the 25 minutes up. In the end I did an out and back run with a few little extra turns to make sure I got the 5 minutes cool down walk in too. So I’m a happy bunny again 🤣🤣🤣🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Brilliant, first time around I remember counting the seconds off or trying to, 25 minutes felt like forever, you will soon be back to running your way and not thinking about time
