Yes we'll done to all you that managed Red January super effort. Will January 2024 be OK to try it if I graduated in November 2023 😉

Of course it will OldManRunning, if you graduate in November of 2023 or sooner you can do RED January in 2024.

Are you asking when running every day is ok, or whether RED January is doable soon after graduation? RED January is just moving every day in some way or another. Some people have literally run every day but that’s not what’s officially required if you look at the site explaining how it works. Running every day isn’t recommended for at least six months, ideally a year after you started running regularly and then it’s go carefully.

I attempted RED January for the first time within a year of graduation and had to stop on about the 17th. If you are doing it, make sure your mileage is low and you are going very steady. Good luck if you’re still doing it👍🏽

Hi Tasha99, thanks for your reply. This is an old post now and I never did it last year after and this year I'm training for a HM in 9 weeks so need my rest days as it's my first so will skip red January again this year but thanks for being interested 🏃🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🤸🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️
