Did the PR with jeffing, ratio 30.30 and knocked 2 mins off my time and what do you know I did not get runners tummy first time ever.I got up at 5am had a coffee and a banana then at 7am had a probiotic drink and took the dog out for a 20 min walk.

Set off for the park run with the hope that this week I wouldn't have to stop half way to go to the loo, so something I did worked.

Perhaps it was the 2 hour wait before going out, anyway whatever it was I am a happy bunny

Happy running everyone x

Two mins faster in a week, thats amazing! Jeffing really does work. Try a lower ratio too - its worth experimenting with 15:30 or even 10:30. You could find yourself with another PB πŸ‘πŸŽŠπŸŽŠ

ah brilliant and delighted that you enjoyed your parkrun. Well done too on your 2 minute improvement.

I normally have to get up early before parkrun. Otherwise running brings on the urge for a toilet break. So I make sure I go before I go. πŸ˜€

I’ve got caught out a couple of times and it’s stressful and embarrassing. I once had to take a diversion during a parkrun to my car to go home. So I completely understand.
