Anyone going to / been to the National Running show?

I'm off to the NEC on Sunday and wondered if anyone has tips of the best areas to go / things to sign up to?? I was looking at the talks but thinking maybe just wandering as I could listen to the people talking on other podcasts etc.... or is it really motivating to see them talk 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm very excited!
