I only found it because I'm going to the British Equestrian Trade Association expo at the same venue! The first running show was in 2018, this year's is 19/20 January. They are doing 3D gait analysis and there is a lot of other activities, and tickets are only £10.

OMG. That sounds fab! The foot scanner thing looks ace. Plenty to do see and buy I think you’re going to be lured away from your stand 😁

I'm only visiting BETA2019, so I may be going to the NEC for 2 days in a row now :D

OH informs me we can go on the 20th - he comes home on the 19th :) I didn't think he'd want to go :'D but he is an ex-marathon runner. Only stopped running because a smashed up knee and bodged surgery from 30 years ago finally got the better of him. Such a shame I got into running only after he felt the need to stop. Maybe the physios can take a look and get him going again.

Gosh he must miss running if he did Marathons. Maybe there will be some people there to give advice. My OH doesn’t run, but he’s into exercise and fitness so hopefully he won’t be too bored!

Yes, he does free-weights, circuits and the eliptical trainer - and cycles, which is another reason I wanted to start doing triathlon. Would be cool if we could run together as well. I'm sure I'm still slower than his slowest pace :D
