Well, I took all your advice & didn’t run in the icy weather, so today, milder, no ice, opened the door… rain!
But I was so keen to get out again, I ran anyway & totally loved it!
Just an easy run, but a run nonetheless. Thankyou for this lovely forum
Excellent!! I really like running in the rain-it makes me feel really alive. I bet after the enforced running break it felt brilliant to be back out there. Well done!
I wouldn’t want to do it all the time but I find the odd rain run quite refreshing. Just stripping for a warming shower after is the down-side 🙄
