No i've not really lost more weight, am a little over my target weight now (4lbs or so) but back on a bit more healthy eating again after Christmas!! But i'm a lot less wobbly in general!!

Yes , that was my 2nd race, after starting c25k in Jan 2014...

i just scraped sub 1hr (59.37) in June 2015, and have done a few more now up to HM's, my best 10km time was during the Great South run course (10 miles) in Oct last yr, 57.45.
