It was important to me to mark this for Tim but I have to confess I couldn’t run this today so I had to walk. I’ve had an awful cold since Wednesday- coughing, sneezing, wheezing and aching! When I’m better I will run the route - 6.5k. Tim was immensely helpful when I started back in 2018. I just wanted to play a tiny part in the tributes to him. RIP Tim and thank you for the guidance xxx
