Ran 6k this morning in honour of Tim. I thought I might get a good photo from the highest point on the Itchen Bridge but it was a bit grey out there and this was the best one. I kept running and kept smiling throughout and almost everyone smiled back and said hello despite the rain. Tim will be missed greatly and my thoughts are with his family and friends.

Running and smiling is what it’s all about Mudita11! Bit gloomy here along the coast as well!
