I ran with the ladies and gentlemen of Eymet Social Running Club this morning . I say ‘ran with’ but in truth they are speedier than me so it is more like ‘chase after’ . I managed to keep with the two back ladies for a while (one English and one from Ukraine), they were discussing recipes and cooking techniques . A very interesting discussion that I would have joined in with if I was no quite so busy trying to breathe . Afterwards at the car park there were some delicious flapjacks and flasks of hot chocolate that were most welcome .
Tim was not known to me, but clearly a well respected and admired member of the HU community. It was a privilege to run in his memory .
