I did my first run of week 9 on Monday without any trouble at all. I did Run 2 of Week 9 on Wednesday and although I did not stop and I finished I found it really hard. Strange because my psyche seemed OK... suppose it just shows that mood matters... I am concerned that after I finish Run 3 on Friday, I will find it hard to keep on going now I know I have completed it and can do again etc etc... Mind games!!! infuriating

I had wobbles at the end of the programme. I think it’s pretty common to feel at you do.
What have you enjoyed about running? What might you still like to achieve? Perhaps focussing on that might help you to keep going. There are also other plans you can use once you’ve graduated if you think that would help. After consolidating, I started another one and that definitely kept me on track.
You’ve come so far. Celebrate the massive achievements you’ve made. You don’t need to have finished to have permission to be super proud of what you’ve done. Getting through a tough run is a brilliant thing to have done. 🏃♀️ 🏃♀️ 🏃♀️
EDIT: just spotted you’ve posted on Bridge to 10k. If you asked this in c25k, I’m sure you’d get loads of responses telling you that they felt exactly the same as you did as you got to the end of the programme
