Well I think I’m finally back into 2 runs a week. I’ve managed to run twice a week now for about 6 weeks. My hip is still niggly but orthopaedic chap didn’t seem to be too bothered when I said I ran about 2 miles twice a week so I’m going to try and carry on listening to my hip. 🤣🤣🤣
