Ceide Coast 10k & Half Marathon 2022 - I did the 10k - First in M50 🎉

Just a short post this time which is more or less a copy and paste from Strava.

I saw this event on FB on Thursday and couldn't resist. Probably a bit much after the 10 miller week before last, the 3/4 Marathon last weekend, and this today. Those hills were the most punishing so far, had to walk a bit of them.

Just looked at results when I got home, 31st out of 140 and FIRST in my age category... I'm normally in the middle. I think I won a trophy or something. 🎉🎉🎁

Edit - Finish time 53:36 (PB was 48:15 two weeks ago).
