Managed to do 5k today. I feel really positive about this run journey we’re all on, especially considering this is like my fifth attempt at Couch to 5K and the first I’ve managed to graduate without injuries πŸ˜…

Here’s to the next 5Ks for all of us!

You started in proper London (Sarf) then you ended up a bit too close to my workplace! First 5K is fantastic. I was so pleased getting to 10 K but 5K was a better feeling. 10 miles was a great achievement for me - I should have felt brilliant (I was too tired to be elated) but that first 5K is still the best. There will be so many more, I guarantee.

You must try a Parkrun. Mine is Tooting, it is flat and we are dead friendly.
